Refund policy

Fair refunds, handled like people.

If billing goes wrong or the paid product did not work as it should, we will review it fairly.

The short version

If you paid for Ryuk and something went wrong, reach out. We will review refund requests reasonably and in good faith.

We are a small product, so the goal is to be fair, not hide behind policy wording.

When a refund usually makes sense

Refunds are generally appropriate when you were charged by mistake, were billed more than once, canceled but were still charged, or could not use the paid service because of a product-side issue.

If the issue is on our side, we will try to fix it first, and if that does not solve it, we will refund you where appropriate.

When a refund may not make sense

Refunds may be declined for clear abuse, repeated chargebacks after service was delivered, or cases where the product worked as described and the request comes long after extensive use.

That said, we will still review the situation like humans, not robots.

How to ask

Send the relevant details, such as the account used, what happened, and when you were charged. The more specific you are, the faster it can be resolved.

If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to the original payment method when possible.
